I need help finding photos & information on ideas for setting up a display booth to sell collectibles. ?
I need help to know how to set up a little booth to sell items within a shop that sells crafts and collectible items. They rent out spaces to individuals to run a business from. I have many items I'd like to sell, but need to know where I can find photos & information on how to set up an attractive appealing booth. I like the places that have old dressers and cupboards that they use for vintage displays, but don't know how to do this myself. Does anyone know of any books or internet sites to find photos and examples of displaying items for sale? I'm not looking for a store display like those from Hallmark & such. I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Would anyone buy my collectibles/antiques?
The main problem is that I can't afford appraisals or to get things authenticated right now. Unless there is something cheaper that I don't know about.I have a bag of old signed baseballs that is not authenticated but I looked into what they would be worth and a couple of them could be worth possibly $500 700 but I can't read all the signatures.I have an absurd amount of baseball cards.I got a couple of old fencing swords from World War 1 but they are a bit rusty.I got some Japanese paintings that the guy giving them to me told me the artist was an upcoming artist from Japan and he thought they'd be worth something but he didn't have space for them but I can't figure out the signature.I also have signed photos of 1920's celebrities but I can't tell if they are authentic signatures unlike the baseballs which are clearly old signatures.Most of the stuff was given to me from either family or customers at my old junk job that would have me come over after work to take it.

Jim Shore collectibles - made in china?
I've noticed that all of my jim shore collectibles have made in china on the bottom, including the signed one I got at WDW Florida. 1 does this mean my pieces are worthless 2 been on his web site and there was no mention of china Help

Antique collectibles?
Besides finding the Antiques Road Show where could I find a respectable web site of which I could obtain proper values of collectibles such as Dolls, perfume bottles, maps and firearms?

I have some antiques & collectibles, what is the best way to get a good price for them?
I stopped into a store last August when it had become obvious the economy was in trouble. The store owner said no one was buying anything. This is in a conservative area though. I notice it has dried up in this area while other areas are booming....so I hope that is why that owner was so gloomy & it is not the case everywhere....I have an antique clock...chair,...some matchbox cars...old records, etc...Now I thought about getting a kid I know to put them on ebay...I thought I could pay the packaging costs & split it all with him. Is that the best way? What is the best way?
